The angle route is a great one, but I feel it has consistently been overpowered in Madden. It gets open pretty much every down, unless you put a safety on the back. The AI linebackers will almost never cover it. I think it could do with a bit of a fix, it’s too easily exploitable. You don’t even see it that much in the league since the old West Coast staple Texas went out of style. MCaffrey is bringing it back into vogue though, whoever picks him will run a few F Posts/Angles for sure.
