Defense wins championships. All of us know this and this is still an area of concern at all levels. We have see last weekend with the NY Giants on how stunting defensive lines can cause all kinds of confusion for any blocking scheme. When you can generate pressure and control the line it puts pressure on OC’s all over to develop a scheme up front to allow them to run their attack. Knowing this was an area of concern at all levels I sort out a college coach that could lend a hand to youth-HS coaches who want to improve their d-line play. Coach Hargreaves while on the trail recruiting will call in “live” and educate us while on the road on how to improve d-line play from the 4-3 w/ zone blitzing behind hit.
