Madden 101.com has posted another great blitz that brings pressure from the strong side defensive tackle. The set up doesn’t require to many adjustments, making it league friendly.
The following is an excerpt from the posted called “Madden 101 4-3 Stack Defense” that posted on January 15th, 2012.
“We’re amazed that there are so many people that are surprised that the San Francisco 49ers were able to beat the New Orleans Saints in the NFC Divisional Playoff game this past weekend.
We weren’t surprised one bit because the 49ers have a solid defense and it’s a known fact the Saints struggle away from home, especially in the playoffs.
In recognition of the great performance by the 49ers defense, we will focus on a blitz to mimic some of the pressure that Drew Brees and the Saints saw from the 49ers.

We do that by presenting unique set-ups that allow you to use any play in a specific formation. For this article we’re running the 43 Stack 2 Man Under defense.
We bring the New Orleans Saints offense to the field running the Gun Doubles Wk Curl Flats.
We start setting up this pressure package by using the playmaker feature to set our left outside linebacker to blitz. This adjustment is to force the offensive line to account for outside pressure.
